Yeah it gets kind of repetitive but that could be said for most CN. Totally worth it for me to have a MC who's not the dirt of society given unimaginable power with nobody to keep them in check. It seems like in other novels a guy's whole country is destroyed for sneezing near the MC or something. Seriously do CN authors think humans are insects or something?
In the past the translator has addressed it. There isn't anything he can do unless he moves to another host, and it probably isn't cost effective for him to do so.
okay, agreed in some sense. but, this novel annoys me a lot with it's lack of progress. they fight, go through some bureaucrat bs. fight again. fight someone stronger than them (a demon of the 8th step), praised by the alliance. test is to fight a knight of the 7th step. now this fight will last unnecessarily long, for no reason other than to test his weapon. i'm sure of it
How can the author say 10 energy is not noteworthy? It is more than he gains in a normal day, doubling his training speed. Especially for his companions it might be 3 days of gains...

I don't even get why you would post this when it was answered a few posts up? Right when a new chapter releases the load surpasses what the server can handle. Wait a bit and it's fine. The cost for a bigger server isn't worth it since the problem is only when a new chapter drops.

It's because they have the "spiritual cavities", that, from what I understand, are mini holes in their bodies that suck the spiritual energy in the air without them having to cultivate. Just by being alive they are gathering spiritual energy, so 10 SE (spiritual energy) should be pretty insignificant to them. Also, LHC's father said that when people get into either 6 or 7 step their speed of cultivation increases a lot. Think about it this way. People spend 20-30 years to get to the 6 step and iirc that's about 4k-5k SE, then the people on the 9th step have +100k SE and they aren't thousand years old. I mean, if their speed of cultivation was always the same, it would take them an insane amount of time to reach the ninth step, so those 10 SE aren't really much.
