Its a negative effect after that huge power boost. I don't agree if she used it to the max she would permanently lose all her senses but she at the 5th step was able to beat a powerhouse at the 7th step with this spiritual stove at this level. That's OP.
I think it was mentioned in the recent chapter that to offset that sense lose, another Spiritual Stove can be used. So the more spiritual stove which matches her attribute then less the loss.
Or maybe Haochen could pass some soul energy to try recover her in some way... But, honestly, i think that shouldn't happen since that spirit stove is too op, maybe in the future she will get another spirit stove (as you said) or maybe synchronism with Haochen to avoid that side effect... Maybe after they practice some yin yang cultivation technique hahaha...

I'm not sure if i like this cross-dressing idea or despise it. If everything plays out normally it'll be a fun addition, if the Demon Emperor takes a fancy to him i'll have to stop reading for a bit till he leaves the demon capitol.

Interesting plot twist in the current chapter of SYWZ. So demons do not want to flat out conquer and destroy the humans. I guess we could kinda see this coming when they introduce Hao Yue( MC mount) world with different groups running around in different worlds or planes w/e.
