@Ninth Mountain no you shouldn't cause it's terrible. If you want something similar to x-files that's good then I'd recommend fringe. Although they wrapped itt up pretty hastily, it's still a dozen times better then lost.. imho anyway
Have you seen the two X-Files movies and "season 10" which is a six-episode revival of the show? Dropped Lost after the second season. Dark Angel is quite ok. BTVS (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) is good, as well as its spin-off Angel. Liked Bones and Psych. Didn't follow Doctor Who or its spin-off Torchwood, but it's popular. @krisspl94 : Received good reviews for Stranger Things, so I plan to binge-watch during a long break.
I think I've seen one of the movies a long time ago, and I watched a couple of season 10 episodes and Ep 3 was the most memorable to me *cough* I love Bones and it sucks that it got axed. I'll check out the others later. I'm currently watching Brooklyn nine-nine.
You can search for similar TV shows on this site https://bestsimilar.com/movies/25895-the-x-files or look at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106179/?ref_=nv_sr_1 I like Alcatraz and Twin Peaks
Breaking Bad, Narcos, Suits, Hannibal I have finished watching breaking bad and after that my heart broke
If you ask for advice, my answer is 'No!' If you ask for opinion, my answer is 'No!' But if you ask for whether or not you should try to watch it, *shrugs* do as you wish. I won't recommend it, but some people put watching Lost on their bucket lists, so I guess it's one of those "things you must see before you croak" sort of thing. Please be aware that the story is absolutely nonsense, though.
Lost in very underrated on some circles and overrated on others. My opinion is, if you're bored, and want something to watch go for it. As long as you pay attention, sometimes you'll see the show going up it's own arse, but you'll understand where the writers want to go with it. If you just want something to play on the background, then don't bother with it. It's entertaining, and they have a lot of likable characters, Charlie being my favorite. Wasn't a big fan of the love triangle though...
Only one scene from that series has ever stuck with me, and it is one I saw by chance. Spoiler: The scene An idiot trying to act smart tries to explain how dangerous old sticks of TNT are when they "sweat" out their Nitro Glycerin, as he tries to tell everyone to be careful while handling them he casually waves the stick of TNT in his hand and blows himself up. seconds later several people are crawling away with a bundle of that very TNT safely.
Stranger Things, Future Man What are you waiting for. Also Office US version if you haven't watched it.
