    there's a mod called alternate start or something like that, use it. Why are you still watching that boring opening scene in the year 2k17

    SKSE for skyrim SE is on hiatus until indefinite date, maybe never be released anyway. No person would use 178 mods in that version.

    Disable all mods until after u complete the entire helgen episode. use a mod manager and LOOT. Nexus mod manager and loot combo worked for me. Also make sure u have the latest possible version of all mods and USP( unofficial Skyrim Patch). That should probably fix it. Happened to me quite a few times as well. Good luck.
