So recently I've been getting these random nose bleeds. Blood would just drip out of my nose before I realise it. I have to shove tissue in my nose to block it. This is just irritating me so much... So have any of you have experienced random nose bleeds that appear out of nowhere and if so, how many times?
If the weather has been different lately that can be a cause, or if you've recently gone through a growth period
Regulate your body temperature? I had random nosebleed when I was around 7-9 years old, that was when school start for kids here. Due to random changes and excited state a child prone to have, it happens. By 10 yo I've learned to not get too excited, take a deep breath, regulate my breathing and choose my food based on my body heat. Haven't got any random nosebleed ever since, feverish doesn't count.
Back in the day i also had similar experience, when i talked about it with others including doctor they told me that i'm tired, do not have enough sleep, or that I exerting too much strength. Not sure what was the real reason but after a few months of constant bleeding it stopped. Since there may be a lot of reason just go to doctor this isn't actually something that can be dismissed. You may also have weak veins in your nose and whenever you pick something/push and the like they do cannot endure the pressure and boom.
Doctor here! Do you get rhinitis (nose mucose inflammation characterized by a runny nose) or any sneezing disease (like flu or common cold) lately? Do the weather is hot and dry lately? Or really cold and dry? Do you use any nasal spray? Do you vaping glue or any volatile materials?
I've never had a broken bone, nose bleed, fracture or dislocation. I just got the rest of my life left and I will be the first Human to live life without harm.
