Don't post them. Or the post will be deleted.
Edit: Why do I always click reply when I'm the first reply. I need to stop that habit.

NU doesnt tolerate any aggregator site (except QI yes in my perspective they are).

You can't really say that since they technically do have some rights to the novels.

They are aggregating, but it is due to a legal dispute, and they aren't acting as a aggregator site, since they either own, or claim to own all the content on their website.

Note: That said, the 20 novels from WW are stolen, 100%

They do have control of the publishing rights for the original content(and thus some control over any derivative content), so it is true that they have "some" rights to the novels.

What they don't have is any rights to the translation itself.

We don't know the exact content of the agreement so on what basis you say it's not true? We have to wait until the case is settled.

I've got the answer I needed thanks guys, side note: guys there's plenty of QI posts and while I don't agree with the stuff that's going on I'd like everyone to not spiral out on a rage bender(I mean this jovially)
edit: I guess most posts in the last few days prob ably devolve into qi rants lol

We don't actually need to know the content of the agreement to knew that they do no have the rights to the translation.
WW does not own the publishing rights, they license it from the translators and full control of the copyright remains with said translators.

Only the Transator themselves can grant QI the right to host their translations, and they have not done that.

Any Contract between QI and WW is irrelevant to this point.

    Welp
I do know all of this. But the thing is that Qi claims that the exclusive license does grant them the right to dual-hosting. This REQUIRES us to know the content of the agreement to judge it.

Also, WW is a publisher. WW helps their translators to be licensed. Yes the copyright belongs to the translators but RWX has said that WW will take responsibility if things go wrong.
