Ye Qingyu doesn't destroy the snow country, more like ends up playing a vital role in the empire. 900+ chapters at the moment and the loli doesn't really play a major role until now. She regains her memory around 350 to 400ish I guess but it's only 1 or 2 chapters and nothing dramatic happens.
