Series is about a man who was killed along with many other people and sent to another world as compensation with a special ability. Since the man was liked by god, he got to choose his special trait and he chose the town building power.
As of the latest chapter of this thread's creation:

• Beastmen arrive to settle his town since they were driven away from other lands by evil humans
• More non humans arrive
• Some Humans arrive that claimed to be scholars
• An Army arrived to try and steal the town but were driven away by guns
• Side story of a different Otherworlder with the Sword Talent ability meeting another otherworlder with a good sword and they settle the village for a while until the Sword Talent runs away from the village with the stolen sword, which was a really dick move. Sword Talent hears rumors of someone who defeated an army with a gun and suspects a Otherworlder with a gun cheat. I hope the one who had his sword stolen winds up in the town and lives a better life because getting your cheat stolen is fucked up and I feel sorry for him.
• Human Merchants arrive and they just discovered Sugar. The substance that has never been seen in that world before. Probably worth more than its weight in gold.

Think of the game Empire Earth but you have access to modern era while being in medieval era and it only cost money and buying modern tech is 100 times costly than the actual price. Same with selling as it will only give you fraction of the price.

The things he could sell is only limited to those he owned . Taxes and tributes given to him became his so he could sell them without penalty.



An anti theft system is possible with his power if it have no effective range. He could claim all the weapon as his and if it fall into the wrong hands he could sell it.

plot twist if that camel is also sent by god.


They are starting to write his sacred word if not they already wrote it. Him hoarding the gold will cause some economic problems.
