Name: The Bakery of The Legendary Hero (전설의 용자가 차린 빵집.) Raw Link: http://www.joara.com/literature/view/book_intro.html?book_code=702311 Why It Should Get Picked Up: The title makes the novel sound like one of those Japanese happy-go-lucky type novels with a happy mc, a happy harem, and happy npcs. Wrong. The author of the novel used this happy title as a guise for a realistic fantasy novel devoid of romance or adventure. The story is set in a medieval-ish fantasy world, where demon kings and evil dragons have all been defeated, and a time of peace had come. Heroes became obsolete, and are suffering from various financial problems. Nobles are running rampant doing whatever they want, now that the world does not have a common enemy to defeat. In a world like this, the legendary hero tries to help everyone, whether they be man or monster, live a peaceful life without discrimination or oppression. Usually in webnovels, many of the characters that manage to make their entrance are one dimensional. They aren't really fleshed out too well, which results in the readers just not caring about anyone other than the main character. That's not the case in this one, though. Each character that appears has a story to them, and the problems they experience relate to what a lot of us experience in real life as well. This causes us to care for them, and hope for the best for these characters. All in all, the characters are great, the story is great, and I like this thing. Done. Description (if you can find one): Dear heroes. If you stop working hard just because you're doing pretty well now, your life is going to go to shit in an instant.
