That sounds rather very familiar to a manga/LN.... though its het, 7 or more dead waifus and MC got kidnapped or so and was sold to ML as waifu, who seems to have been poisoned or so...
Modern times. Seems like Lgbt marriage is okay but old people still grumble about it. ML is a Tsundere. And MC is someone who is just tired of life but later gets back on their feet.

The MC never told the white lotus cousin. Since all wives died MC assumed he's going to die too. The MC cousin is actually half brother. It's later revealed that MC dad is his mom with cousin dad. They tell everyone later about their marriage. MC just told everyone he married a rich uncle. Cousin likes ML

Spoiler: My speculation (NOT A SPOILER) If we were to follow typical CN direction... MC gets married to ML, white lotus cousin loves ML and tries to get in the way, seducing ML, failed. Plan B MC's slag ex boyfriend to seperate MC & ML. OFC it doesn't work cuz plot halo. The revelation about MC real parents is cuz to end this whole drama. END HE. X'D
It's the whole point of the story. The thing is MC dad is so hot and good at everything that he had many admirers. One of them is ML mom. Anyway MC uncle and dad had a relationship and was going to get married. But Bitch aunt being a bitch used some drug and made uncle sleep with her. She was pregnant with the white lotus cousin so MC dad asked uncle to marry her. (WTF) then he disappeared. Later he discovered he was pregnant with MC. He found MC mom and told her to take care of MC and gave a lot of money but she didn't. Only thing she did is get sick. She had two other kids a boy and a girl not with the MC dad. Aunt knew about MC and hated him. MC father thinking his sister will take good care of his son told him to go to her and marry a women. I guess he was too devastated by his own relationship. That's why the aunt did all the horrible things like make him drop out of high school and be a slave who grovels for money. MC breaks off relations with aunt when he marries ML cause he thought he was going to die. He tells her that all debt has been repaid. Later he makes a company with the help of ML who only gave money for it. He also makes an ad where he starred cause they were a small company. MC uncle who is his other dad saw it and was shocked cause MC is as hot as his dad. He later found out all the things the bitch aunt did and divorced her. He never had sex with her anyway so he only had that one son. Later aunt wanted to kill MC cause she's crazy causes an accident where ML is injured saving MC. When they go to the hospital Ml mom who hates MC other dad cause he stole her love told he's pregnant cause they just did check up due to the accident. She told him his dad was the same. The uncle asks for a DNA test and sees that MC was his son. That's when everyone finds out. - basically MC has two dads. One died, who gave birth to him and the other married the bitch aunt cause the dad told him to.
