the first volume is basically a huge prologue, after that the story really starts. he uses a spear which is pretty rare in these stories. he's been hiding his strength the whole time, so far after the prologue hes only really had 2 or 3 fights he went all out in.
the bad things is this novel using Generic chinese protag who is boringly over powered in another theme park novel where the main attraction is the side characters being amazed by our over powered protag troupe until latest chapter so boring ~.
the story will actually pick up now, well in a few more chapters...intrigue, mystery and war will be coming ;D i almost forgot, the worst thing about this novel is the fact that the mc will time and time again be indecisive with a lot of things, causing unnecessary deaths and misfortune to a lot of people :<
How does the current arc feel to you guys? I'm rather disappointed so far. This whole conflict that's being setup feels so forced, and unessary; especially since this is relying on a misunderstanding. Supposedly, were nearing the part where the story picks up, but it seems rather off to a bad start.

From what I've understand filling up the dantian is only part of becoming an innate master.
