She was an unwarrented antagonist. I'm not saying she wasn't a great antagonist she was just unneeded as an antagonist.
she's there to serve a contrast, Bam talented as fck, people suck up to him help him all times good times, a typical hero-esque character, Rachel is there to show the common people that what they lack the most, a Resolve to get what they want even if it's killing your friends, Bam is the picture of humanity everyone hopes to be while Rachel is the very essence of Humanity's true nature in front of its most treasured desires. simply put they're extremes of two diffent sides, the most balanced character would be the blonde guy imo, or that fire-clan grill with a crush on Viole.
i really loved this espc the ark in were he was violet he was soooooooooo badass and those long hair i lovvvvvvve the manhwua i am still addicted to it
Because if she is what if one day she suddenly tried to kill you. It's that kind of unwarrented. Out of nowhere and completely illogical. Whether she serves as a contrast doesn't matter she shouldn't have ever been in that position in the first place.
You could have just as easily took one of the other regular people and made them the contrast and it would have been fine. But having someone flip their character to do this is not.
I've said my piece and elaborated it the best I could. Whether you agree or not doesn't matter it's the internet and you're entitled to have an opinion.
ur so angry capslock make me cringe ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if it makes any sense to you, she's the netorare factor an author randomly puts in to gain more people pitying the MC making them think "awwww he just akid y u do dis Rechel?" but whatever floats ur bote, man.
I loved it at first but I got bored. I can understand him running after her when he was left behind. Asking her why she pushed him. But when he still wanted to run after her I gave up on him. He's a different kind of stalker. Anyways, I still skim through them just to finish the manhwa...
