I'm guessing a little: 爆料者 - informant/person who broke the news 所謂的 - allegedly/ supposedly 神神叨叨屬性 - It means that the way he acts makes him look like he is not right in the mind/ unnatural behaviour. Some of the websites I went to also said that it means that the person has a habit of talking to themselves, so pick the one that fit the most. 心猛的揪起 - his heart lurched/clenched 李尚's heart clenched when he remembered what the informant said about 韓東's "physic ability", and he supposedly always talked to himself
