several months ago i read a chapter of the gamer manhwa, it's about some korean myth of a tree. and here maybe i can gather similar subject and make some notes. so, i would like to request some list for a myth about a tree or a historical event with a tree involved in it. i would appreciated if you can give more explanation or external link or preferences. Thanks.
Yggdrasil. It is not from Korean mythology. But,it exists in I think Norse mythology,in particular. I am not familiar with Korean mythology.
Something like mulberry tree myth. When the d1ck and the b1tch decided to meet in the forest. Then the d1ck saw the b1tchs dress in the ground and thought that she died eaten by the wolves. Then he killed himself (talk about stupid) . When the girl saw the suicidal dude. She killed herself too. Wow. Then a tree popped out of nowhere. Boom mulberry tree.

Yeah want more? How bout the myth of pineapple (damn its even a tree) Once upon a time there was a girl. Her mother always call her for some lame errands like 'have you seen my broom and might as well get it' but the girl is just way too lazy and replied "never seen it" eventhough it in front of her. Then mother called her like a thousand times but the reply was the same. "never seen it" the there came thunder the girl turned into a pineapple. Sigh. Why? cuz it has many eyes(pineapple) then some god thought that making someone a pineapple can help their eyesight.
It was Hangmun or some such and how he brought a branch of the divine tree with him to the human world. They also talked about Yggdrasil, The Tree of Good and Evil, The Tree of Knowledge and the aforementioned Divine Tree.
