Interesting that Qin City Lord appears to be in or near the "Divine Lord realm" but without the Divine Lord seal. Makes sense for that to be revealed now, but author's still going to hide the specifics about the realm until Yi Yun is a Supremacy probably.

Wow, did not expect this. But what I do expect now is a certain building burning from the inside with grey flames and a few hundred people and young masters dying a horrible death. Well, they are literally dragging trouble to their base, it is their own fault.

Can you attain the Devine lord realm without fusing with a divine lord royal seal ? Does it limit your grow ?, because I remember FRL saying that he could not grow in strength anymore after he became a Divine lord unless he seeks opportunities from past seniors ?

 

That is the thing, it is too unclear. Maybe the way to advance after DL is to absorb more Divine Seals and eventually fight for the Emperor Seal. I guess nature respawns the seals after someone absorbs more than one. Or maybe it is related solely to laws, like reaching Heavenly Dao in one law to grow in level. In that case it is possible that having more Dao Fruits would be troublesome, altough power-wise it would be worth it.

 

Basically, there's a realm above Supremacy at which you attain the technical realm of a Divine Lord (but without the Seal).

Once somebody in the Divine Lord technical realm integrates a Divine Lord seal into their body, their strength increases dramatically. (That's why AYL had to be seriously wounded to lose to Sha Hongxue; even though they were same realm, AYL had the Seal but a major injury).

After getting a seal, the Divine Lord still needs to find the path to the Heavenly Dao. Remember that Divine Lords are not in the Heavenly Dao realm of their Daos.

So the real difficulty is probably finding a path the Heavenly Dao realm of their Dao and becoming a Divine Emperor is probably similar.

But there are very few Divine Emperors or god tier individuals to consult. Each of the 12 Empyrean Heavens probably had a Divine Emperor but they may all be injured from the war with the gods (like PYSP owner).

 

This just compilcates things futher as in how do you think CC will explain how do you go to form Divine lord to a Yang God level and the Ancient God he fought or is it even possible or is going to be the first ones to born in that universe or so like in Desolate Era ??

Im guessing divine canon? Its mentioned early on that the divine emperor of yang god EH have a really high attainment in yang laws and probably FRL cant advance further because he didnt have time divine canon?
So yi yun's next adventure should be finding the divine canon in the sinkhole?

 

Maybe Divine Lord seals are like the Deity crystals in Coiling Dragon. It's harder to advance after you use one.

 

I honestly can't remember how or why Yi Yun is so strong. I barely remember any of his training. It seems like he gets the occasional powerup as the story goes on.

 

The way it works is early on he was able to jump 2-3 small realms against non-geniuses pretty consistently, and then after he got to Dao Manifestation there was a huge jump in his ability to jump ranks (because of the 4 9-leaf Dao Fruits and the Divine Tree seed merged into his dantian).

Yi Yun as a Purple Blood level defeated Yuan Foundation level genius with the Golden Crow Totem.

When Yi Yun was around large success Dao Seed, he was able to fight mid-level Yuan Opening realm Elders pretty easily.

When he got to peak Yuan Opening realm, he was able to fight large success Heaven Ascension pretty easily though he never tested himself against a peak Heaven Ascension at that point (but he could probably fight someone like that).

When he broke through to Dao Manifestation though, his abilities jumped significantly and he could already fight Dao Palace practitioners.

Now that he's somewhere in Dao Palace (maybe 1 Floor Nine Edged Dao Palace), he can already resist Supremacies even if he can't beat them necessarily.

The thing is, the quality of Dao has started to matter a lot more after Heaven Ascension. Fights at Dao Manifestation and above depend on the quality of Dao Fruits especially, since that's the quality of your laws/abilities. Quality of Dao Palace (how many edges) probably matters a fair bit too, but Dao Fruits still appear to be the biggest factor for Yi Yun's abilities increasing so much. And now that Yi Yun has the Divine Tree, his Yuan Qi levels are far above anybody at the same level.

 

The Divine Emperors/Gods themselves are probably all from that older era in the war between gods/divine emperors, although the remnants of the Divine Canons should help show the path to the Heavenly Dao (since those are formed from peak Heaven/Earth laws).

We'll need to probably wait until Yi Yun goes to the Sinkhole. The Sinkhole is where the past war happened (it's basically an "older universe connecting the 12 Empyrean Heavens where the gods were living and the whole place collapsed from the war).

When Yi Yun goes to the Sinkhole to find AYL's ex-wife and the sword tip and Xintong, we may see find a living person in the Divine Emperor realm or the heritages of gods or Divine Emperors or someone like that.

For now, just know that Divine Lords are in the Dao realm below Heavenly Dao in their Daos; i.e. a Sword Dao Divine Lord is at the Sword Soul realm of Sword Dao. PYSP owner was in the Heavenly Dao realm of Sword Dao (and probably Heavenly Dao realm of Yang Dao as well).

There's also the 12 peak worlds in the 12 Empyrean Heavens; Yi Yun may end up going to one of those peak worlds where the Divine Emperors live(d).

Yi yun turned a masochist.

 

I don't get why Yi Yun is so confident. The Myriad Immortal Pavilion should have one Divine Lord or more. Yi Yun can't hold his own against this level of character so depending on how things develop he will need to run away and hide and even doing that should be hard.

 

It has one DL. Yi Yun has the Heritical God Fire Seed, the first ranked fire source in the universe. I say if he can get a sneak attack he wins, or at least heavily injures the guy. And he will have a chance. The DL will never be expecting that, I mean, he chose trash like this Yusheng guy as his successor. Although he is smart (he did plan ahead on this conflict, he had 2 contracts and the City Lord's son) he is way too overbearing, so I guess the DL don't think highly of personality (unlike FRL, for example). That means the guy is probably an ass himself, so he will never see a strike that powerful coming his way.

I doubt he'll let himself get imprisoned like before by the natian guy , Im guessing Mc will attack them on route or at they base and escape

 

Let us see what kind of plot armor author will use this time. But we have to wait for it for about 2-3 chapters at least.
