Please, sugests me tv shows where there are several people locked/trapped together, then they need to do something which need cooperation or solving puzzle. And usually end with debating or fighting. Or maybe similar to hungry games? And i meant real life show not fiction/fabricated. Thanks.

Might not be what you are looking for, but try the Korean show "The Genius". I do not watch 'traditional' game shows and I was pretty skeptical when I went in, but I enjoyed it. The trailer for the first season is helpfully in English. There are four seasons, all episodes completely and meticulously subbed in English. It is advised to watch in order as later seasons feature returning players and thus would spoil you if you skipped ahead, though it is generally agreed that the second season is the weakest of the four. And once you are done/bored with that, the creators made another series called Society Game. It's more like Survivor in that the players are divided into two teams and compete and the losing team would need to eliminate someone.
