Feature Request Unique Sign for long overdue Latest Update?

So while I was bored and was trying to find a new novel to read, I stumbled upon what I think would be a nice addition to NU,
Maybe for novels which hasn't been updated for 3 months, except for completed ones, we can show a unique sign (maybe exclamation mark?) for them on the Reading List, search function, and the novel's' main pages?
I think it may help readers, seekers, and the wandering translators to see whether to drop it for readers, whether to read it for seekers, and whether to pick it up for wandering translators,

Hm, yea, that would work too, I think?
But I'm thinking of a sign so it can fit into Reading List

 

Would be useful I guess, a simple sign that shows there was no release in 3 months for series that aren't tagged as completed.
