is it normal for phone advertisement to be very intrusive? because everytime i turn on my phone data, all my browser (browser that comes with the phone, opera mini, UC browser) open a certain site (something like trace.4link.com), not just that there are Ads who appears which covers the whole screen, if you click on it it downloads automatically, in the upper right there is a small close button, but the same thing happen, if you click on it, it still downloads.

is there a solution for this?
(dont misunderstand, I know people earning money through ads, and I understand that, but underhanded techniques just rile up my jimmies, its like click YES = download, click NO = download, theyre just giving me an illusion of choice)

    Definitely not common occurrence.

If all your browsers are doing this just from you turning on your data, it's probably malware.

If it appears on all your browsers, I'll try to assume you have some sort of malware or virus on your phone.

Usually just close it, if you can't then force close the app, open it again and close the tab from which it came from

Simplest option is to do a factory reset.

    Alternatively, use an anti-virus software.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a pretty popular choice, I think.

Or if you can, identify what's causing the problem yourself and remove it from your phone. To do what it does, it needs certain permissions on your phone. So that narrows it down somewhat. Usually not a feasible option. Too troublesome.

Depending on the browser you're using, there should be an option to Disable javascript in the Setting area somewhere. You can try googling how to disable javacript on your browser, it's usually easily accessible.

I'd say note down any numbers in your phone that you need on Paper and perform a factory reset. Disable any form of scripting in your browser settings. Next time think harder about what websites you whitelist in whatever adblocking solution you choose, because drive-by malware delivered by otherwise legitimate ad networks has become a real problem nowadays. Adobe Flash is also a huge problem and should never be allowed to run without explicit permission from the end user every time, only ever allow Flash to run if you expect it to be actually neccessary for the page you're viewing to function.

Ren has said that WW is working on a revamped version of the site that's coming out "soon". So there's that to look forward to.

I install an anti-malware app and it found 4, but 1 cant be removed since it positioned itself in the system files.
