    The heavy sword in CD is my favorite weapon I've read about thus far, and also my inspiration for making this thread.
    No, I just listed a bunch of realistic weapons. That said, even taking a realistic 1-handed sword to fight something as small as a tiger would be dumb, much less a fantastical behemoth. It's just ridiculous to expect to do any serious damage against large opponents with a 1-handed sword.

    Air. I want to see people wield air. You know, like rasengan, except rasengan is a poor bastardization between air and light. I want pure air. I want to see more people fight with hot air.

    I was looking at flamberges while I was compiling this list but I could find anywhere detailing the practical use of the design. Wiki said it made it more uncomfortable for attacker when they're countered with a flamberge, but that's it.

    Maces are underrated.
    So are axes. It'd be nice to see a mace or axe wielder.

    All these fancy smancy weapons but as they say, simplicity is best. So I'll opt for a brick or maybe a bricked nokia cell phone since they're effectively the same thing.

    And yes, I know Yi Yun used a brick for a while but we haven't seen any bricking for a LONG LONG time now and I wanna see that head bashing goodness
