Burnnnnnnnn!!!!!!! I believe I can FFLLYYYY. Screw walking for 3 hours! Teleportation!!!! Ah~ Magic.......
When I was younger, whenever I played a JRPG I would always give the Main Character a Favourable treatment. Equiping all the rare item on him/her, giving all the status increasing item I get on that character, etc. As a result the Main Character become too strong compared to the other characters. Which if in a rare case if that character is down in a difficult battle. My hope for victory is slim.
When I played my first mmo Ragnarok Online, I tend to collect jellopy even asking my friends to give me theirs, don't know why I collected it though...I guess it was fun to see others reaction when they saw my inventory full of jellopy. It was even affecting the weight limit of my char.
Weird things I do in games? What happens if i kill this guy? What happens when i kill a dude i know is evil before he's revealed as evil? what happens if I kill this annoying dude? does... this make me sound like a psychopath or something? that's not all i do, i swear! I also don't like companions because the exp is split between the party, meaning i get less, In pokemon games, i entirely focus on one or two in my team, leaving the rest around level 20, if it's a game with destructibles that drop stuff, meticulously go through and destroy every single one, specifically picking the path i think least likely to be the one that leads me to be the quest objective, checking every single room, seeing if there are any weird terrain spots that enemies can't get to so i can just shoot them til they die... Now i just sound like a psycho with OCD. Dang. Oh, and i once did a skyrim playthrough where i only used a bow til i got my archery to 100. Even if they were in melee range, only bow.
I always try to burst everything down with magic and if I fail I die. Always hated those games where magic is just the same as weapons (cool down wise) since I can't hoard damage and go for a burst take down like a hero.
I also remember when I played maple story many years ago I annoyed a guy by stalking and ksing his mob for 3 hours straight at midnight. It was fun though xD.
After completing an open world game, i would commit mass genocide until i either die or slaughtered everyone i see.
90% of the time, my go-to class in anything RPG is some kind of mage/sorcerer or if it's an mmo and I know there are a bazillion damage dealer around, I happily roll a healer. In RTS I used to use resource-cheats to build the most insane, huge unassailable fortresses and after finishing the tech-tree use either airborne units or, if no airborne units exist, swift cavalry to deal with my opponent
Not only typical JRPG's, I also has this tendency with Pokemon games as well. I usually only focused on training my favourite pokemon. If ever that one is defeated, I only has Meat Shield left in the rest of my pokeballs... Hence I never Won against the Elite Four.
Since i prefer precision, Firearms always came out on top.... but sometime, using other remote mean of taking down enemies are preferable. What's wrong with using weapon to eliminate enemies from the safe distance without having a single casualties? Still, when push come to shore, Close Quarter Combat is invenitable, i mean, even modern warfare solider still have a knife for combat or mount on the rilfe as byonet.... But if possible, i prefer mix of both Close range combat, Long range assault and wide area attack, and can combine blade, guns and magic altogether.... that lead us to Gram Psion Blaster.....
