Don't remember the last time I login to steam. I think I was playing TF2 before I stopped.

Damn, guessing you're the type of guy to turn a profit on the steam market?

Simple really, just load up steam, click you're name on the very top, then go down to badges, select a
game, buy the extra cards for it, craft a badge, and you get exp.

Not really, just sold all that shit, like cs:go skins and unneeded stuffs.

To make a badge, because while you play a game you can get only fix number of cards. Others needed to be traded or buy.

Actually it's extremely easy, considering that you only have to buy cards for a few games, and if you're lucky you can find a game that has cheap cards, say like 0.05, and just a lot of them and craft the badge a bunch of times.

The higher lvl you are the better chance you have of getting card packs for games you own. The packs are around 40 cents or sometimes higher depending on the game and inside the packs there are foil cards that unlock special badges (lvl 6) whereas normal cards can only get you up to lvl 5. the foil cards can reach around a dollar.
