Perhaps something like "Don't be so nervous, come closer/approach/show me your face(as the person spoken to was bowing in fear/shame)" please help. this is killing me

well, that helps with the translation at least, but do they not say anything about the name of the actual drama? I assumed it was fairly well known.
Just guessing but I have a feeling it's a standard period drama line that emperors say. I imagine it is hard to trace it to one quote. You can see T-shirts and hoodies with the line if you image search it, and it's a very wide variety of art.
