    This is gonna sound pretty vague guys, if you've read it and your memory isn't absolute garbage like mine, you'll probably know which novel I mean.

    The MC is a young master in a failing noble family. and the rankings of the noble families get sorted out every 10 years or so with the younger generation all fighting. Anyways, whenever the MC is reincarnated or world-hops or however it starts, he goes to school and has to deal with the whole arrogant snob tropes, and the headmaster is just as corrupt. I'm pretty sure at some point they frame the MC and try getting some high and mighty little miss type to get angry at him.

    Aaaaanyways, he starts super cultivating and when its time for the big noble family battle, he manages to completely beat the Xu Xin (guessed the name) family that oppressed them.

    At some point, that same family that was beaten launches a scheme to kill all the MCs family and destroy their property but some girl pops up and tells him in exchange for him going to another city to participate in some big battle thing again to help a relative/friend of hers.

    It is somewhat related as there is a competition to rank future noble ranks, but there is no school I believe.
