    I believe that's more often a setting for the MC inheriting techniques from a long destroyed sect, but MGA probably has some sect like that. It can't be Chu Feng's the only rapist, right?

    That's a self-destructing sect that won't last the test of time. Since it's "rape" meaning not mutual consent, chances are people will be piss at you. Since your basically making half the world your enemy (I don't see why women won't view these rapist as enemy), this potentially means turning a lot of powerful sect into enemies.

    You might check out some of the novels machine sliced bread translates. They tend to be almost purely smut, and a lot of them are rapey from what I remember. I don't know that any of them start out with sects, but I think by the end of them the MC must have enough offspring to start his own sect...
