I had a classmate in med school, she was about 20 yrs older than most of us. When she was younger she was a campus beauty and the guy's family owned the school. A lot of people knew but she would not leave him nor file charges against him. She told me herself what happened to her when she was younger. I was shocked. I heard he died a few years back from ruptured esophageal varices [bleeding from the rupture of dilated veins in the esophagus] . He was an alcoholic and developed cirrhosis [scarring of liver]. Another sad thing, after her husband died, her mother-in-law kicked her out of the house where she lived with her husband and kids and sold the house.

Life at it's finest. I guess it's a good thing he died because she won't file charges. :/ It's a bum that she had her mind broken by him. Because of her mindset, I could not really feel sorry for her. Yea, probably fucked up, but the way she handled it makes me look down on her instead of pity. Okay under the assumption someone does this and drugs himself. If he is still coherent of his surroundings to be able to pick up a chick/kidnap (or whatever means you want to explain how the person got the other member) that would automatically mean he is conscious of his actions because he, this is important, WILLINGLY did this action while taking external substances. It's like driving while drinking you can have some in the blood stream but once you're over its illegal. Same logic, its possible with enough drugs to not be conscious of your actions and thus you can not responsible for rape or being raped. Yes it works both ways.
