I'm currently on chapter 36 of Wind Breakers who is the main heroine to the mc the blonde girl or the glasses vice president ?

Still no clue. However, someone close to the mc will fall for the glasses girl.

 

I'm up to date with the webtoon, as of now, Jay still doesn't give a fuck about love (sort of.) Minu and Dom have girls they like but that's it. One of the crew got a girlfriend for some time (I think they broke up after some time, but maybe I'm just remembering things wrong) but Jay still doesn't care about love. The blondie is still trying to get his babies though. The glasses girl still loves him, but things are complicated.

 

So basically no romance yet ?

 

The only romance you'll find in that webtoon is with his bike
