I'm going off the fact that we have a complete lack of information about the yao apart from how they like yin energy from Pu eating it in the latest chapter's. This as well as how every part of their body is very valuable plus the lack of information make me think that their will be a big twist or reveal

I'm not sure what Pu's plan is. I don't think he will suck his blood but we know hes using Zuo Mo for some reason. One thing thats starting to drive my insane is every chapter I want to just keep calling Zuo Mo stupid and pitiful. He does so many things by being ignorant and then always blames Pu but its not like he knows better. I kinda want him to get a better teacher so we can maybe have a different change.
Right, but thanks to his mistakes that he is improving, he is having harvests in his pains and sufferings, if he had a teacher maybe he would be half of what he is now, it is kind tricky and funny, although i get your point.
True it makes him stronger faster but maybe its the way its written is slightly annoying. I think its just because its so repetitive in that approach.
Well, must be said that it keeps happening because he wants jingshi, if he wanted improve his martial skills maybe he would have another mentality. As i see it, Zuo Mo only wants a life with less suffering, but to achieve this he will take risking steps and suffer in the way. In his mind if he suffers now he won't need to suffer in the future, which is his big mistake (as i see it).
Honestly, this harassment is quite dangerous to do as well. Hope he doesn't get himself wounded. Wei Sheng has it good, all the masters are making stuff for him and Zuo Mo can't even pay his debt.
