NOTE: THE SUBJECT IS NOT ABOUT RELIGION IF YOU MISINTERPRET THE TITLE! MURDER: PHYSICAL(POSSIBLE) OR CONCEPTUAL(THOUGHT) NOTE 2: YOUR MAKER CAN EITHER BRING YOUR POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS WARNING: NO SECOND VOTE CHANCES, BECAUSE THE DEAD SHOULD STAY DEAD IF you were or are already in a situation where you were or are given the choice to murder someone you identify as your maker due to certain reasons that may vary from one person to another. So, would you murder your maker and I mean in sense that person who you identified as that person who nurtured/created you, raised/hurt you, made/guided you who you are today! Yes, that person can be be your blood or someone you acknowledge as your guidepost, your giver/taker, your bringer(loved or hated). I ask of you to honestly vote in the poll as I need it for research purposes towards a study of mine.
If it's not religious, that means you are not implying it's God that is your maker but the parents? You know, since your parents are the ones who made you and stuffs. No, I won't kill them. I'm not some kind of emo kid that hates his parents.
if this was religous I woulda had more fun answering desu~ but if maker you mean parents than I probably wont desu~ less I was sick in the head or they were desu~
No? I don't have a reason to. Unless someone lived a pretty bad life because of their parents I doubt anybody would? Unless we are talking about God here then I also don't see a reason to either unless you lived a life of hell.
I... don't know how to parse your question. Assuming the question is "Does a scenario exist in which you would murder your 'maker'?", then yes. If the question is "Given a gun and some free time, would you currently murder your 'maker'" then, uh, no. Because if I was feeling immediately homicidal I probably wouldn't be pondering this question.
Then again there is the I-robot scenario, being created for the purpose of murder your creator, or something along those lines
Actually I just placed "not religious" to make a statement that this thread is not focusing on religious views on this subject. Well, it's kinda ironic since if you do view God as your maker, then I can do nothing about that, but hey, you can vote and no need to talk about it. Just vote!
human beings are easily manipulable desu~ you can tell a kid that stabbing your mom will make red stuff come out of her and that will make her happy desu~ which is kinda sad ... desu~
Yes, if there was a scenario that would make you take part in an event where you are given the choice to murder your maker and the reason may depend you as to what gave you the thought and choice in murdering your maker. Reasons and causes may vary and this is an IF situation unless you are in it already. Read the reply above your quote.
So based on the circumstances I will think about it.I won't make my decision in that much important thing easily.
Depends on if I have a reason to; I wouldn't per say "murder" that individual, but I wouldn't have an issue with "killing" that person in self defense. If we were placed in a position where we have to choose who would die (only 1 could live), if that person doesn't take any action to have me killed (actively try to kill me or choose for me to die) I probably wouldn't take any action either even if we were both to die if no one made a choice. However, I wouldn't actively choose to sacrifice myself my that person.
Yes, if you identify them as your maker and if given the chance would you murder them? It can be physical or conceptual.
Honestly, if it's for an actual study, rather than latenight nuffian boredom, could you clarify? I don't want to vote because I'm not sure what the question even is. Is it a "does a scenario in which you would murder your 'maker'"? Is it "Do you presently want to murder your 'maker'?" Or some other variant? I don't understand the question. Both possibilities seem asinine. If it's the former, then the answer is almost always going to be a yes; immediate pain and threat almost always overcomes past love and devotion. That's just the fucking fight-or-flight response. I guess if someone's clinically depressed and values themself less than their 'maker', sure, but even then given infinite scenarios at least some would logically justify homicide. If the latter, uh... if anyone is genuinely feeling homicidal enough to just murder their 'maker' at present then they are probably actively murdering right now. Your question doesn't take into account possible consequences, as written, so...
