if you've been closed in and cultivating your ass off, you're likely not gonna need to go to the bathroom...but biological cycles would still exist. same with periods, the women do get pregnant, no? but it might be a thing of cultivation improves the control of different body parts as well, like in Warlock of the Magus World, he prevents the women from his clan getting his seed....so yeah......all fun and no consequences ?

 

and about that period... if they rlly do have periods... won't they attract beasts when they go adventuring to places where monster exist... and they would have a bloody smell too...
