those 2 were traitors/spies from gravity who jumped ship when WW and QI made contract to avoid DMCA....then they got lucrative contract to basically work 7 days/week like slaves....and they kept asking for donations like nothing going on and boom the next day they went QI

 

Here in India, we have a movie named, Tarzan the wonder car. The Hero creates his new model car, and shows his model to car manufacturers to sell the blueprint. After selling the blue prints the company owns the right of the car not the blueprint provider.
Another example, Instagram gave the rights to Facebook. And now they don't hold any rights because they have given the rights to Facebook even if they are the one who built the blueprint(Instagram).

No Qidian does not own the car. even if Qidian own a Blueprint.. Its like saying Germany own all car in the world because Germany was the first one who made a blueprint car.

So if Qidian Own the car and I bought the car. Do u think Qidian still own the car?. The Logic is simple, If U buy the product...its simply belong to you.

I think its better for u not to use car as example.

Qidian have rights to host the original book. but they have no rights to take away the translated one from another site without a permission from translator.

 

I've always been curious to go to the Qidian site since the transfer of the translations for 'I'm really a superstar', but I never did because it just felt innately wrong to jump ships. But now I'm glad I stuck to that decision, because @Qidian an just from reading your prior comments on this discussion thread has painted the picture of you being the typical 2D slimy bad guy that makes you want to puke all over their self righteous BS (you know, the ones you read in the novels that turn out to be the cannon fodder/stepping stone for the MC ). RWX didn't paint this picture of you, you did. You are just so slick in a unsatisfying way when you constantly fail to answer the 'accusations' Ren has apparently made against you. Honest to God, it made sick whenever you wrote "you are in the wrong'.

 

So as long as the Qidian novel that is currently being translated isn't popular, Qidian wouldn't pursue. But, once it gets popular they stick their butt in and send a DMCA notice.

How come, you could get a clear picture of what Qidian did by pulling a young master move. For you, long story short, they literally plucked another sites hard earned effort and posted it onto their own site without proper permission. They also keep making false accusations on this other site 'Wuxiaworld', thus have earned out hatred.
