Hmm i want to know how Wang Ling gain Ji Realm? (is it relate with cultivation Underworld Anscension he learn from old ghost cultivator in Heavrn Defying Bead)....
I'm not sure since it's been a long time since I read that part and it was just the mtl... but I think it has nothing or not much to do with the bead or the old guy in it. If I recall correctly he's been to some extremely cold place or something and it might have had something to do with that, though I really don't remember too much about it. Edit: Maybe that place he found the green/blue creature or something...
He gained it after killing a bunch of people, it was back when he was Foundation Establishment after stealing the foundation of some kid who was the grandson of the Nascent Soul cultivator dude who killed him he was chased by a shit ton of people, after killing a bunch of them he gained an aura of brutality which turned into the Ji Realm.
pretty sure it was a combi of the underworld ascension and the extreme negative emotions he has after his family is killed
i think this happened when he was escaping from a powerful father/grandpa cuz he killed his son or gchild..before the corpse sect arc.. when he was trapped??under some place that have enormous cold qi or something..
It's because of the heaven defying bead, Situ Nan himself don't know anything about "Ji Realm" it seems (forget the chapter though).
Ji realm is a manifestation of Origin of Death iirc, and he gained it after a lot of killing, hatred and wanting to kill more of them
not correct everyone can get a realm or more in cultivation .there were total 4 realms ,every realms has its benefits it's very long that I had read cannot answer properly
Chapter 91 tells you how it started and chapter 103 tells you when he finally entered the Ji Realm. Started from all the Yin energy he devoured. Entered Ji realm from the pain of his families death.

basically he entered the realm when his parent and his WANG clan being massacre. as for the killing. it is serve to solidified his killing aura....
He gained Ji realm mainly because of the bead during the time he was in the forest, after he killed that Teng kid.
i believe he entered that state after his clan was massacre while he still inside that forest.... and before his clans massacre. i dont think he have any ji realm skill... yeah. i also believe it was the bead that help him in with qi refining. but as how he was entering i have forgetten... -=-=-=-=-=-= so teng massacre is the catalyst. the heaven defying bead proccess it... and the killing. stabilizing it.
his clans massacre had nothing to do with the ji realm as he learned of it just before his body was destroyed and his soul fled with the bead to the ancient battlefield... As he stated gaining it in that cold cavern just before he went to the corpse sect, he fully gained it during the arc where they were going to choose those who would enter the battlefield and during both of those times he knew nothing what has happened to his family so the massacre had nothing to do with the ji realm...
just re-read that part. since english is not my language...need more time to digest the whole meaning so. the yin spiritual energy. + heaven defying bead. = ji spiritual realm. since ji = death. yin really support it... wonder who is the dao realm or shi realm holder?
