    Yen Press.

    I mean, if you give Qidian some time, maybe...

    But right now, they aren't comparable in any way. What Yen Press did was way, way, wayyyyy worse than what is going on now.

    But still in the end I think it'll be Yen Press. Not to downplay what Qidian is going to do in the future, but still.

    They are US publishing company that buys the licensing to Japanese Manga and LNs. They are hated by the community cause they are known for buying the licensing rights to series made popular in the US by translating sites and then sending those site with a Stop and Desist Order. Then they can take up to Years to catch up to where the translation site had translated up to.
