"Animation" is already shown through the 3 PV.

I'm dissing the changes that may as well affect people's seriousness of enjoyment on the series. Cause those are some questionable design changes( the MC )...

 

Ok, in the end it all depends on your own preferences. I personally don't care about the animation that much as long as the story is good. I still remember when Konosuba first aired, many people made a ruckus how retarded their noses are but the series is quite popular even when it has already ended.

I saw that the novel has veritably beautiful illustrations. I know it is such a shame the animation isn't the same.

 

Yeah. Hopefully it'll turn out good as an anime.

I shall wait and see if it's faithful towards the novel and was disappointed, no, heartbroken by the art even though it's unique.
I still wanted the original art style, with curly platinum blonde hair, jade skin and spiral/circular silver-blue eyes with madness seen in them.

 

Well The Problem is the Character Design I guess since most people who are going to be watching it already read the Manga or light Novel
I mean the hell did They do TO Visha !!!(ლ `Д ́)ლ

 

Ive seen the trailer. its like strike witches XD. though I want a MALE support/MC .... oh well

I watched the episode on release, it was better than i thought it would be, though i was still let down. Hope it gets a little better the next few episodes.

 

While the art style is questionable, I've decided to take a wait and see approach. I'm not sure what the anime will develop like, so I won't judge it on my first impression.

The anime start from chapter 2 of LN vol.1, I think or maybe ch.3. After Tanya receive her "Silver Wing" medal, the fighting/war scene is great.
This first episode is only for reeling in people to invest to the series, that's why the backstory/reincarnation part of Tanya will be explain on later episode, I hope. In the episode Tanya slip some word "Salaryman", that's why I have those theory about backstory will be explain on later part of the series.

But I kinda let down that Tanya inner monologue not appear often in the episode. That's just like taking out ice from milk shake, and it only appear to be ordinary milk even though they serve you milk shake.

 

From what I see, the first episode started right after they made the prototype-95? (The one, which person X and others influenced to make).

So you should be right that it is from some where Volume 1 Chapter 3.

 

Well if there gonna start from that very long naration / prologue. Viewers might get boored... XD

 

Too bad we didn't have Tanya's inner monologue, yet. I really hope they included some of those into this animation. Because those were fun to read.

the LN and manga are hard enough for most people to under stand now the anime is going force them away by putting the prologue as ep 2 as the story jumps crazily around. In norden why does she have a rife she left that behind in both the ln and managa.

 

I guess flashback adaptation(first episode = greatness of tanya on first hand then next episode the start of tanya riding to the top with chaos and swiftness) i guess they skip being bland entry on light novels such as meeting of deity then reincarnation then starting up their story instead a flashback route th3y chose

 

I personally am totally hyped. Watched the third episode recently. Once you get used to it, you notice that it fits well.
