    So as the title states this is a place to post and promote your favorite cultivation novels; be they xinxia, wuxia, whatever. Please state the novels and then the reason why it's your favorite.

    My favorite is probably Desolate Era. Yes it's pretty basic as far as xinxia goes but I find the setting to be entertaining and the MC is believable in his actions and choices. Plus at a certain point his strength is all based on his own talent and not some bullshit OP cheat he found early on. True he has a few lucky encounters and some good treasures but who doesn't in DE?

    A Will Eternal

    The MC is so pure and innocent. It's a story about a truly kind and generous character which is a rarity in xianxias

    Tale of the Reincarnated Lord.
    It has a smart MC who is wise to the word, Great world building, intrigue, drama, and most of all, the author actually cares to write a concise quality story with no filler.

    For me it's Stellar Transformation a classic now, but i love the charracter, the cultivation system and especially the atmosphere that emerges from the story.

    Probably the 1st or 2nd xianxia novels I read, it's been sometime so I forgot which novels they were. But because I like those novels so I got into the xianxia/xuanhuan genre.
    And after the 3rd novel, you really start to get annoy with the repeated annoying plots.

    Realms in the firmament - Mc takes over auction house. Chaos ensues. Also military and assasinations management. Visits from higher realms that are killing him cuz they are way too OP.

    Xianxia is Xian Ni. I really like the dark and brutal cultivation world and Wang LIn's character and ability development.
    For Wuxia, it's Deer and the Cauldron. Wei Xiaobao can do what most wuxia heroes try to do while being completely shameless and unhonourable.
