So CCS will soon be a Star Condensation daoist, it would be interesting if he became a SC while fighting Gou Hanshi, because I don't believe that he will be able to win this fight against him at his current level, even if he is a lot stronger than before
Next chapter is called letting go so I guess not More interessted about getting another double breakthrough CCS/XYR
YES ! Star condensation next chapter! I expected a breakthrough in the same way as his Ethereal Opening, while fighting, but this is also good. I wonder what will change in his body now...
So now they all know about them haha that's good, but I don't know what will happen now. Will she gives her blood to him? Will it suffice? Or some other tech to help him?
Im starting to like the very late romance of this novel. I like how XYR and CCS would die for each other but can live independently as well.
I dislike how the author bent the world he made so forcefully that it's obvious that he was going for something else.... or at least that's what i think it is due to the sudden changes
How he made MC the prince zhaoming(?) using every possible method instead of using something simpler that made sense. Instead he went as far as throwing random terms like the scroll of time that he didn't even explain what it is yet. Also i know that the novel is not focused in cultivation but mostly drama.
Like how the empress that she is the most concerned about his identity doesn't know who he is but a nany that he delivered him knows. That Chinese sexism made it so that the empress is having he iq going up and down from time to time and so making simple things as his identity a mystery and then some random things like the scroll of time happens.
Charakters in this novel lie you can't trust them easily And I still think yu ren is the crown prince and ccs is just a smokescreen (+ cure?)
Do you trust the characters that said that, especially Daoist Ji, now that we know he is a piece of shit? Are they worth something? If anything this is obviously a criticism to sexism. I mean, we have Xu Yourong and the Tianhai Empress. That scene is just proving that Daoist Ji is not the good and wise person that Changsheng and us always though of.
I also think Changsheng is a smokescreen to Yu Ren. My guess is that Changsheng really came from the Sacred Continent and just ended up in the hands of Daoist Ji by coincidence/fate. From that moment on he was nothing but a chess piece. As Daoist Ji said himself when he found him 'your fate is terrible'. Having a damaged sun wheel made him the perfect bait, all it took was to use the Scroll of Time to camouflage his age and raise him like a freaking old scholar and we have ourselves someone older than he looks, or that is what people would think. Having then double guessing about Yu Ren because of Changsheng was enough. He was fated to die being fooled by the person he trusted the most as nothing but a sacrifice, a terrible fate indeed.
I dont believe this novel to be sexist...I mean, the Divine Empress is a woman that stands above all others. Its not like the females are delegated into a powerless role.
