I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at but a villainess is someone that is very stubborn and selfish, stopping at nothing to make sure their dreams are realized, usually ignorant of others' dreams and also they are usually spoiled or used to getting what they want. Give them a position of power or authority so it is hard to challenge them. Given a proper direction, a Villain(ess) is just indeed a normal person. That is why I like normal bad guys in movies and stories as i can 'justify' what made them that way. There is a reason for their actions, they are just misguided, jaded, or ignorant. The first to rehabilitating a villain I believe is to understand them. And then from there, somehow getting them to understand you. I wonder if you would still see that person as a villain after that.
