It's a short story about depression. I'm impressed because the author managed to flesh out what many teens have to deal with. I could feel the FL calmness when she faced death and the irony when I realized that her brother would soon become like her. This doesn't make me cry, but it's able to bring out the emptiness inside my heart.

This is definitely a great book.

      @One Perfect Veteran I'm someone very sensitive, but I admit that I can be very dense sometimes. My family says I'm too indifferent with my surroundings and doesn't care about anything that doesn't benefit or concern me.

      People have different views on me, some think I'm very fierce or arrogant (well, they aren't totally wrong), some think that I'm softhearted, some think that I'm very cold and stiff.       "This doesn't make me cry, but it's able to bring out the emptiness inside my heart." - bringing out your emptiness is sometimes an unpleasant prospect to be faced with to be honest. But since the book managed to bring those emotions to surface within you. Props to the author! By the way that makes me want to ask what type of person are you. An easily impressionable person or a more stoic one?
