In previous life, Ye YunTing didnot want to accept the marriage with a cruel general like Li FengQi and wasted his life and Li FengQi's in lifeless marriage and died drinking the poison that was actually for Li FengQi. After being a ghost, he could finally look at things from opposite pov. How he was too much of stupid, naive and ignorant person. How Li FengQi alone shouldered the lives of his soldiers and friends and went through with blood to take vengeance.

The same theme with previous but with more elaborate planning, deep motivation and emotional enemies characters but less than stellar good support characters.

Both mc had their own complicated background of origin which served in the end. In the beginning, Li FengQi was more of the cold ruthless general, he was angry for being schemed and married to a male wife, but after seeing his husband's intention slowly he felt Ye YunTing was good and fell in love with him. For Ye YunTing, he only went with the most effective road of survival. It took him quite a while to develop his feeling and understand what was that. Ye YunTing also told Li FengQi his rebirth.

I pity more with the enemies and coudlnt help but wanting to know more of their characterictic and personality especially the young emperor's. It'd be good to know more of his thought, of how, what and why he decided to do things like that in the ending and what's he actually thought of his love.
