Shi Yu drove Huo Ci in the company car but went to another world with the car after being hit by a truck. When they opened their eyes, they saw they hit someone in the street and poor skinny dying people were shocked to see a strange creature and two person came out of it. Immeditely they kowtowed to the two of them and begged for mercy. After calming themselves and understood that they had crossed over to another world with different culture, ideology, language and value. They checked the inside of the car and checked the golden finger given to them. The ancestry jades they both had suddenly shone and resided inside their palms. The power could only be used when they both used it together. With that they could open some sort of city ad civilization game menu. Shi Yu was given the building and roads and Huo Ci was military and trade menus.

Shi Yu who often played such game, could understand and adapt fast of what they should be doing. Huo Ci had different upbringing (a wealthy 3rd generation and a president of his own company) but it served and helped to cover the things Shi Yu did not see. The golden finger could produce building out of thin air, but only building. For example, it created well, but they needed to make something to pull the water either pulley/rope with bucket themselves. Or it created house, but they needed to make the furniture, windows, door, all of that themselves. And in order to build something, they needed to level the ground first and they needed something equivalent to energy/gold too. Shi Yu thought this ability was not practical but Huo Ci told him, free things were not good and it would make them failed than succeed. Although they had resolved that they transmigrated to antoher world and could live there easily with their ability, but both of them wanted to come home. They only thought of this city and civilization as tasks to do to fill the energy in their jade so they could go home. They were willing to help the country and spread all the things that should be given so the people below could live better.

Both of them were flabergasted with the culture and values in this world which was more ancient than any ancient's era they read about. There was no doctor yet only alchemist with holy water to heal. The power was held in the hand of King but it's not absolute. Another power was the temple's teaching as their basis of healing, law and norm. Both MCs walked their steps carefully, they took the title of Divine Envoys the villagers called them with uncertainty and fear at first. They didnot want to side with state power, the temple's and the politics. Since this world, believed and trusted the gods teaching from the temple, they decided to take the mantle of the goddess of peace's envoy and made stories of gods, the realm of gods, and all kinds of myth they knew of from their childhood and tv series. This and the miracle of conjuring building out of thin air and the willingness in helping the lowest people to live, made the people worshiped them and made the higher ups to carefully treat them.

A country building theme. Not all stuff and thinking could be brought all out at once since it could pose danger to the people below. They chose and fermented their knowledge to the young people to plant seeds so they could grow and think for themselves. They were in that world for more than 10years and 4 years for them to recognize the love they had for each other. Almost all the chapters were stuff they needed to do in order to help the civilization moved to a higher understanding and better life.
