Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Although, I only end up with a batch of 6-8 cookies each time I make them. They take abot 20-30 minutes to bake at 2 at a time. One cookie is more than enough to fill you up though~
