Earlier today, if not yesterday, I've heard that people were fighting for things like toilet paper and water. Everyone was scurrying for something, well, mostly the paranoid people; which rubbed onto everyone else.

Currently in big stores (the small ones are closing) people are pretty relaxed now, but all the important, necessary items are gone.

Toilet paper, water, diapers, baby formula, ramen noodles, and among other things; they're quickly running out. Of course, stores will refill, but this does have a lot of people worried; so they've resorted to shopping online. All the mundane stuff is still there, like candy and soda

Schools are being suspended, indefinitely. For me, school will be suspended on Thursday, as we still have tests to proceed with.

Remember, this is not the apocalypse, but rather a crisis.

@Femme Fatale, yes, we can be both; and I also share in your sentiments.

@Anra7777 Those scalpers, the rodents that take more than they need.....should be penalised for what they have done in the name of capitalism. Seriously, even the US has laws against that kinda thing for shops - prices are frozen by law. :( Like always, legislation is slow to catch up. It's good that places like Amazon are not giving them a platform to hock their stock...the bastards.

I'm a bit cautious with how the media is portraying things. Because the hysteria going around is making people do unreasonable things. Even during the (H1N1 Pandemic 2009) people weren't as idiotic.

As for the introvert me, I don't really have much to worry about, most of the stuff I buy is shipped to me.
