WINTER.
Idunno the Puffin
A funny bird in such exquisite outfit -
It waddles in an orderly fashion,
Rocking back and forth quite a bit.
It's like a Matryoshka doll -
All in different shapes and sizes,
But still the same all in all.
One bird stood out among -
Quite stout and confused,
He was a puffin very young.
Nobody noticed his existence -
Their intelligence had brought them so far,
So they just honked and kept their distance.
The puffin was soon isolated -
Feeling like a feather on air,
He began to accept that it was fated.
So he ran away from the ice floe -
To a far, far place away from his "home",
And said to himself, "I just don't know."
