20171022_192557-1032x774.jpg [IMG] my skin is extremely sensitive so I need extra care for it ... It got flakey if I don't hydrate it properly... and when i used something my face doesn't like .. the consequences is horrible ...red flakey itchy sometimes it get swollen ... so I used to be ignorant and couldn't care less for that time consuming thing other women do with their many skin care routine i only wash my face and that's it until I'm 20 and grew a bit concerned because I grew interest with make up .. but when I apply it... it got so cakey and just dont blend well because my skin is to dry and flakey .... I grew alarm ... because I've never really take a good look at myself or my skin conditions closely I'll usually brushed it off and go in merry ways ... when I found my skin problem it's already a bit hard to turn it normal ... my skin react badly to any foundation or bb cream in severe cases it might cause redness and small lump ... so I get interest to know how a proper way to take care a sensitive skin i get a lots of great tips from some YouTube beauty guru or books i read and try many skin regimen I hate complicated stuff I'll get lazy so ... I'll wash my face with some gentle cleaner apply a first essence ,toner, eye cream, and generous amount of aloe Vera gel at night... in the morning I didn't use cleaner only water maybe a bit if my skin is getting oily since I don't want to strip my skin barriers too much .. it's weak enough as it is and apply first essence ,toner eye cream sunscreen, and moisturizer from hada labo ... and spray aloe Vera mist every time my skin feel a bit dry ... my range of skin routine is product from Korea and Japan some are western ... I choose one with no alchohol no paraben ,mineral oil,or oil in general and fragrance a big NO ... even rose oil doing me no good at all.

my skin is still have some redness from my hormonal acne that come every month one or three in random place but it get better with time my skin now is plump soft with a dewy look.

This may be late, but I somewhat understand your concerns as well! I also have very sensitive skin and occasional breakouts.
My skincare routine and the products I use is as follows:
      Morning
      1. Cleanser with Aveeno morning cleanser
      2. Thayers Rose toner
      3. Innisfree No Sebum Powder
      Before Bed
I alternate between Rosehip Oil which helps with acne/scarring and the Hada Labo moist lotion. My skin gets exceptionally flaky during the Winter so I usually only use Belif's Aqua Bomb for moisture before I go to bed and nothing else. I recommend only using two-three products at a time. Oh, I also exfoliate with Himalayan Scrub only once a week since over-exfoliating can lead to flaky skin/red skin for sure from my personal experience. As for facial masks, I am currently using My Beauty Diary masks since the sheets are not too thin or thick with a good amount of substance and are apparently pretty popular in China. I'm not sure if my comment is helpful at all, but I'll gladly contribute anyways! ^o^

our skin is a part of our body we should cherish it the same way we care about what we put inside our body... we only have this body in our lifetime... so we should give more care .... after all we're the one or at least our own body that get the benefits... it might be too late to regret later on.

Koalala is right. If you're unsure, you can also consult a dermatologist or skin care specialist. they often have products that are at par, if not more suitable to your skin conditions. Also, some doctors (like mine) would actually refund/replace a product if not suited for your skin (i had a zit outbreak when i tried the prescribed tea tree oil based products one time).
