march ninth (poem)

you were crying, shying away from
my arms. frustrated, so frustrated
chest bursting with frustration.
why why why why, I plead

even in the epilogue, ever after.
the heroine gone, she doesn't matter.
no rivals, no fights, no more haters.
destroyed *stab* all destroyed.
peace and love for the next chapter.

it should have been a happy ending.
the sun sets glowing, blessing, wishing
an after story, ever more, hence after.

where are you?! desperately, searching, but it's
an empty vessel. vacant soul. blank eyes.
you aren't looking. not watching. not seeing.

I can't touch. your barrier.
despair. hollow despair.
