Random thought process~

It’s fascinating how the human mind works. How one thought can morph really quickly in such a short period of time. Something random will pop into your head and before you’ve acknowledged it the thought whizzes through your mind and becomes something else. For example:

1. How to preserve something.
2. Stuff gets preserved in the ocean cos it’s away from the elements.
3. But then why does stuff get rusty with water?
4. Must be cos water is made partly with oxygen.
5. Rust corrodes metal, turns it red.
6. Remember the red soil in the man picked up by the gods that the mc converts to iron using alchemy.
7. Ah it’s been a while since I read it. I should read the novel again.

That was maybe 5 seconds. Condensed rapid thinking. It happened automatically without my control. Yet if I consciously try going through that thought process it takes ages. I dunno how my mind linked one thought to the next. Very strange. And fascinating~

      Very strange indeed sometimes you hypnotized your self thinking that it's happening but in reality it slow as heck but in it self is amazing.

      My thoughts flash past so fast in my mind I can never catch them. Like maybe I’d get an amazing idea for a novel that had amazing developing potential but then split seconds later I’m like what.

      frigging song lyrics too lol, and random ass tunes I hum when I listen to songs that act as accompaniment but could also be a whole different song. But I forget everything

      I do it all the time and end up laughing at random moments. I usually resist explaining myself because I'll have to take you backwards through my thought process and it'll no longer be funny.

      1. Better finish this report.
      2. [Name] said they were doing theirs too, better remind them.
      3. Wow he's playing Doom instead? What a motherf.....
      4. Speaking of mothers, better call mine tonight.
      5. She's probably going to bomb me with updated photos of the garden.
      6. Wonder how the middle brother's doing?
      7. He's stuck at home, nevermind.
      8. Flashback to when he worked out so hard his shoulders blew up and he got stuck walking in through our parents' front door.

      *laugh*

      Everyone else: What's so funny? Aren't you working on the report?
