Yesterday I discover the benefits of drinking yellow tea (huangcha). The pros are like lots. Weight loss, low on caffeine, light on stomach and milder than green tea in taste. These are some specs that totally hooked me for it. Now waiting for its appearance as it is also called rare tea.

Just had my first cup of yellow tea. The flavor is mild and fragrance is light too. Normally I steep my green tea for max 2 mins because I don't my tea with bitter undertones. This one I steep for almost 4 mins and still without bitterness. I was skeptical till I steeped the tea (I was thinking I was deceived :D ) but flavor and fragrance proved me wrong and I am very happy with my yellow tea :D (I was able to take it without sugar and lemon and tbh I didn't missed them at all :D )
