It all starts in our belly, where the poop starts to take form. We humans, are eating food to make the poop grow bigger and bigger. When we give to it proper food to grow into a good poop, the poop will be all ready to take on the outside world smoothly. However, if you give it too much care, it will grow too big and will feel too comfy inside to want to get out. However, the separation has to happen and it can be very painful. Another point to keep in mind, if you give to the poop bad food, it will become rebellious because it didn't get the love it deserve and can cause various damage inside the belly. It can get out of control and get out outside violently like a tsunami.
