My Top 5 Favorite Desserts~ V0! lol fufufu~

• Sakuramochi

  • The texture is more sticky and sweeter than the traditional mochi. The leaf it's wrapped in can be eaten as well and tastes salty which gives it in interesting taste. It's usually filled with red bean paste.

• Pudding

  • In a purin, there are two layers. One is the custard. The custard is a mixture of eggs, heavy cream, milk and sugar. It became set after being baked in a water bath. It’s smooth, soft, and creamy. Then, there is the caramel sauce. It’s made from sugar and water. Sugar was melted until deep amber in color, then water was added. The caramel is like a hard candy when cooled. But when it was added to the glass jars and baked with the custard. The caramel turned into a sweet syrup with a slight bitterness. When pairing with the custard, the flavors will remind you of a crème brulee.

  • The acidic, tangy taste associated with cream cheese and yogurt makes it amazing to fill our mouth. Cheesecakes absolutely taste best at room temperature, so after chilling let it stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

  • These creamy and smooth strawberry parfaits taste as good as they look. Top with whipped cream and oreos ur in for a real treat. The good balance of strawberry sour taste and the chocolate taste of oreo brings joy to your taste buds. Combine it with the creamy taste of with the creamy taste of whipped cream. ohh! delicioso!
