Facade

she's afraid
afraid that she is not doing her best
afraid that she may put her guard off
She's hiding
hiding the wounds and scars
hiding despair with her calm demeanor.
She smiles perfectly, but unknown to us there are tears.
Her whole person is just a facade she made to defend herself
She lives in the night
In the eerily silent night, you can hear her sob
The world is a vast place.
But she feels safe in that small room.
