I really enjoyed this novel. No revenge, no side quest fillers. What I love about this novel is full character development/ bonding/growth. I like the aspect of novel and in most novel love is the side bonus but most stories are about mc's career/life/ Goals/ revenge.

This story mc and ml are always with each other. There were some scenes I thought was going to have rape but never happened. Mostly kissing and some touching but no full course.

Bai Xiaobai is the mc he transmigrated in a novel. In order to return he must do what the system tells him. Mc does feel bad for hurt ml so he created a face persona to help ml when he needs it.

Mc shares his body with the original owner. After mc completed his mission his soul returned home but he was lifeless. Later inorder to save a drowning women mc almost drowned himself but he was trasported back to ml's world body and soul this time.

Shen Meng is mc's apprentice. Lived a bad life so when a person shows him kindness ml forgets all the bad stuff.

He did have a lot of resentment towards mc but he learned what really happened and why mc did what he did. He also found out mc was playing good cop/bad cop.

Bai Yizhen/Da Bai is the original host and author of the novel. He's also a reborn. He went to several worlds to find another version of himself (mc) to save the world.

Ml became a demi-god and the world collapsed. But after mc left the world ml was going to do the same thing again till mc came back from original world.

Bai Yizhen/Da Bai was the youngest and everyone loved and babied him. When he grew older. He met and fell in love with a woman but the masters and brothers wouldn't let him marry her so he became cold and thier relationship deteriorated.
Chen Liuhao is a cold silent type. The best swordsmen. He does everything for da Bai without da Bai knowing. He gets injured a lot protecting da Bai.

Da Bai actually forgot Chen Liuhao, but he met Chen Liuhao as a child. Back then Chen Liuhao was a dirty begger. Da bai saw a beautiful wedding and he told Chen Liuhao that they will marry too. When they grew up Chen Liuhao still loved da Bai but da Bai forgot him.

When da Bai was a teen, he was arrogant and went to defeat beast by himself but suffered terribly. He became deaf and blind. Chen Liuhao saw him and nursed him back to health, but when Chen Liuhao left to do something a woman came to pick herbs/flowers.

Da Bai thought she was the one who saved him (she lied because da Bai was hot)

Later the master opposed the wedding because they found out the girls family only cared about da bai's status and wealth.

      @Kaylee sorry for the confusion. I'll update mc's profile.

      At first when mc transmigrated. Mc and da bai shared the same body. When mc finised his mission mc's soul went home.

      Later mc tried to save a drawning girl. Mc almost died but his whole body got sucked into da bais world. Thats how he and ml got together and da bai with his original body got together with his 2nd bro.

      What's the Original host name that get together with Chen? Should be Bai Yizhen, right?

      So wait, MC came to the parralel world with his physical body, replacing the Original of the parralel world that was Bai Yizhen.
      Then, the Original host/Bai Yixhen with his physical body also came to MC's world replacing him there?
      This is correct?

      @Kaylee no. Ml is shin. Bai xiao and da Bai are the same soul in parallel world. At first they shared the same body but then later mc came to the parallel world with his own body.

      So mc got together with ml and original host got together with Chen.
